Laura Hart, Manager of Bookkeeping Services

Laura has a broad knowledge and experience in banking, retail management and accounting. This experience has enabled her to quickly become an asset at Balance Accounting and Financial Services Inc.  Laura now manages the bookkeeping practice where she is able to apply her skills to assist businesses to stay on track and keep organized.

An eye for detail, outstanding bookkeeping and organizational skills coupled with a strong work ethic are all attributes Laura has brought to the company. She works independently or in conjunction with the clients—ensuring their standards are met. Providing service that exceeds customer expectations is her personal standard. Laura’s will to succeed and strong work ethic make her an essential part of the team.

Recognizing the importance of balance in her life, Laura maintains a high level of physical fitness and is a dedicated mom.

Stacey is an inspiring entrepreneur who believes that life-work balance in ones life is essential. She has found that the magic of success happens when life-work balance has been achieved.

As a business owner, Stacey has learned that finding and keeping the right balance in life is easier said than done. Through financial awareness, continuous learning, and hard work she has realized that anything is possible.

Stacey draws on her own 20 year journey, knowledge and experiences, when working with individuals and organizations. She loves to consult, teach, and share her knowledge, empowering business owners in operating and transforming their businesses.

Her boundless energy, positive attitude, and analytical eye for financial detail are attributes appreciated by her clients. Stacey thrives on the challenges presented, whether it is assisting a new business or helping with the growth and management of an established business.

Volunteering her time to benefit others is an essential part of her life. Stacey is a volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a mentor for the Canadian Youth Business Foundation, and the co-organizer of the Pet Lover’s Expo. Yoga, running, reading, friends and family help Stacey to maintain her life-work balance.
